Brett was also able to quickly learn our industry, extensive product offering and supplier list which enabled him to be effective right away. So much of our sales role at PrintGlobe is providing customer service and Brett maintained a very calm demeanor and was an excellent problem solver which made him very valuable as a consultant to his customers.
