Designed progressive tool dies for cold heading machines. Worked with tool makers and CNC machinists to develop longer lasting tool life by redesigning cases and inserts. Assisted maintenance in day to day operations by coordinating preventative maintenance projects and routine machine failures. Kept track and made adjustments to SPC tools and measurements.
