I photograph campers doing daily activities, specializing in candid action shots to convey the fun atmosphere at camp for kids of all ages. In all activities from sports to dance, to cooking, and special events. I also shoot high resolution PR shots for the website, edit all shots for the newsletter, and work to help produce a consistent look to the pictures from different photographers.

2018 Zone Four Photojournalism Photographer of the Year I am a candid event photographer covering all sporting events, concerts, pep rallies, awards ceremonies, dances, and proms. Once given a weekly schedule, I contact the schools, and for that event, I am the “face” of the company. I represent the company as if I were the owner, and make myself available for any questions, or changes. When getting team shots, it is my goal to alert the team coaching staff early, and to make the experience of getting team shots on game day in the quickest, least disruptive way possible, even if it means rescheduling at another time. For Lifetouch, I also make myself available to pick up any last minute assignments or fill in coverages as they come up. Show less

I am a substitute teacher in both Hastings High School, and Farragut Middle School. As the high school students are more “self-directed,” I find that am more directly involved with the middle school students, doing more actual teaching, and coaching in all subjects, including some special education, as well as library duties when necessary. I carry out the lesson plans left by the regular teachers, answering questions, and coaching students to discover the correct answers.
