In my current position, I design, manufacture and deliver stages for events in adherence with client specifications and requirements to ensure client satisfaction and positive experience with the company’s services. In order to achieve established goals, I organise the logistics of material, stock and personnel and manage warehouse operations and staff members. Then, I study and analyse drawings and specifications to meet job requirements and complete tasks even without supervision. I also select and organise supplies for events to utilise high-quality materials whilst effectively managing budget allocation. Essentially, I conduct regular equipment and facility inspection to safeguard resources and identify repair and maintenance needs. As a result, I have consistently delivered stages within client timeline by utilising problem-solving abilities to rectify holes in decks. Using my experience with the Navy’s administration of SOPs, I have implemented policies and operating procedures to improve operations and achieve team objectives.

As a Sales Agent, I evaluated and analysed the effectiveness rate of current strategies to identify areas of improvement. Then, I developed sales and marketing campaigns and strategies to generate new leads, maximise selling opportunities and increase business revenue. I also produced sales proposals focused on customer requirements and presented them to the management and stakeholders. In this role, I managed multiple clients and handled over 200 calls on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer support and provide the best solutions and service for customer needs. Being in the sales industry, I maintained good rapport with clients by providing service and market trend updates and property market reports. I met vendor expectations by liaising with clients and alliances and maintaining clear and effective communication channels through e-mail, phone and mail correspondence. Through my efforts, I gained promotion as the Treasurer of the Young Veterans Redland Bay through numerous significant contributions to the company. More so, I successfully closed a deal and sold a block of land in the market, in collaboration with another agent, for over 200 days. I effectively negotiated an above market value whilst managing vendor expectations regarding the price. Also, I obtained an off-the-market sale by calling qualified buyers and productively conducted cold calling to 200 people with over connects.

During my time of service at the Royal Australian Navy, I carried out repair and maintenance procedures for Electronic, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical resources to sustain the capability to defend against hostile engagements. I consulted with Project Managers to improve OHS standards and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive environment of the team. As a leader, I managed a team of five technicians under high pressure situations and strict time frames in order to achieve required repair and maintenance outcomes and contribute to other departments. I also organised logistics of personnel and equipment and rendezvous with the ship when conducting boarding operations to ensure minimal capability loss.Furthermore, I initiated and implemented Weapons Clearing Stations to increase personnel safety whilst limiting the risk of unlawful weapon discharge that could result as an act of war. Through this initiative, we eliminated the risk of creating hostility between foreign nations. I was also able to deliver a live video feed focused on boarding operations to increase overall capability, safety and security of boarding party members; consequently, we were able to increase Royal Australian battlespace capability by implementing a UAV system. In administrations, I developed an MS Excel Spreadsheet to account for all ammunition’s onboard ships, over 100 million dollars’ worth of ammunitions distributed to the rest of the fleet. I carried out administrative and basic accounting tasks such as record keeping of financial records, balance sheets and other documents. I also performed general duties such as firefighting, security, first aid and secondary duties. Significantly, I contributed to the narcotics seizure operation with an estimated value of over $7 billion. More so, I was able to serve my nation through the largest weapons seizure ever recorded with over 2000 AK 47s, 100 heavy machine guns and 50 mortars.
