Wrote T-SQL scripts to aid in troubleshooting various customer problems. Assisted in QA efforts amongst our various software applications. Worked as a Tier2/Tier3 in assisting our on-going support efforts of our customers. Taught advanced troubleshooting techniques to my colleagues. Trained new hires on some of our more complex systems. Wrote the client/server components for our Network Toolkit central management console, as well as writing the entire help menu for this application. Lead the team once a month by chairing our weekly development meeting, providing minutes for discussion, as well as writing up the findings from said meeting. Did QA for all Indefense product lines. Updated a Linux c library we provided to a third party with our latest technology. Assisted team members of the network toolkit to fix problems with their portions of the project.
