I started my business as my visions were not realized in my previous partnership. My roles in my business are defined below.-Creative Inventor: We create feasible and aesthetically pleasing solutions of a mechanical nature that is. For the most part, the solutions are inspired by the customers requirements.-Sales: Convincing any new client to make use of your mechanical design service takes something special. Thanks to my previous experience and known customer base the transition was easier. Clients in this field are generally weary as the initial risk to them is high. -Business Management: Controlling business affairs, including staff, taxation, accounts.-Mechanical design: Essentially the heart of the business. We create mechanical solutions for most problems. Anything from manual to fully automated machines, mechanisms, facilities etc but not limited to this. We take on most challenges.-Project Management: Keeping track of projects, includes various factors such as time keeping, cost analysis etc.-Consultation: In some cases a potential client may envisage an outcome, whether it be linking to facilities, a process etc. We through consultation, assist the client in determining the relevant solution.

I joined this newly formed business after being convinced of it's uniqueness. There was nothing around like it at the time. Initially I was taken on as an employee and was soon offered a management roll. A couple of months down the line I was made partner. My business associate offered me this partnership based on many of my positive factors, namely my enthusiasm, drive, self determination, mechanical creativity, my interest in management and business interests. It was here that I transitioned from engineering design to special purpose deign. I was finally at home.

Her I was involved in developing paint systems in the physical sense. I also made way into the design office as my employer realized that this would be the best place to grow my natural engineering creativity. I was placed in a supervisory position in the area of manufacture. This company realized my aptitude for engineering. I was a leader in the workplace, leaving many of my colleagues in awe. I was specially selected to work hand in hand with a German engineer from Eisenmann to develop and fabricate custom equipment for a wax flooding cell at VW. Here I learn my raw skills. I managed employee's, project planning and processing, customer liaison, overseeing manufacturing and design. I received many accolades for my manufacturing and installation skills at a very young age. I received an accolade from Pillsbury Brands head office stating that my quality of manufacture surpassed that of the Americans. I also received a job offer from an American firm for my keen manufacture and installation skills shown during a facility upgrade at Willards Batteries in Port Elizabeth.
