Worked way up from dishwasher into the kitchen, into an assistant management role, and then into a kitchen manager role all in record times for the store's history. Led a team of 10-12 kitchen staff and 20+ other staff to record performance numbers, despite high turnover rates relative to store history. Helped guide the staff and store through the transitions and challenges associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. Continuously evaluated business operations and processes to ensure most effective workflows and maximum customer satisfaction is achieved. Maintained positive personal relationships throughout the company's operations to ensure staff felt their voices were heard with management; extended this role to encompass conflict management and conflict prevention.
