Brett joined the business shortly before my arrival and during my tenure was a key member of my sales team. His patience and determination led to Brett becoming my best performer in the sales team; deals consisting of net new and also world class account management including upsell and cross sell. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Brett and I would most definitely recommend him to any Sales team needing an SMB sales gun

I went through Brett at his recruitment firm to find a new job with some specific "wants" in my field of Audiology. I had never tried finding a job through a recruitment agency before and I must say I found it wonderful. Brett specialises in the field of Audiology, and as such is up to date with all the terminology needed to make it really easy. Within a couple of weeks I had a meeting with him, he found me the job I was after - in the location I was after - and a week later after an interview with the employers I had signed the contract. Super easy, very reliable and would most definitely recommend and use Brett again.

Professional Collection Services (“PCS”) was first incorporated and started business in 1996. In seventeen years PCS has grown to the point where we now have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, giving us full representation across the eastern seaboard of Australia. The key to the success of PCS has been its focus on delivering a personable and affordable debt recovery service. Unlike some other firms, PCS caters to all levels of outstanding debt and covers a broad range of clientele, from individuals to multinational corporations and everything in between. This flexibility is supported by experienced staff that are bold but also mindful of the likelihood that you may have a continuing or future positive relationship with your client, despite the current situation. Of course, our staff are also careful that your reputation is not adversely affected by the recovery process.
