Skim oil sales: Selling the majority of our skim oil at 3% bs&w or below. Selling more oil than the competition, Training employees on how to work oil and measure the quality. Negotiations with multiple oil buyers monthly for best prices and service. Collaborating with oil buyers to resolve discrepancies. Motivating pumpers to squeeze out every last drop of oil each month and get it sold for the best price. Safety Officer: Plan and lead monthly safety meetings. Document all employee safety training. Keep employees outfitted with appropriate PPE. File all Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) that the foremen perform with pumpers. Site inspections and recommendations. Consistent updates on IsNetworld.com for our clients. Chemical Manager: Hired and fired vendors. Develop good relationships with vendors so they know our goals. Analyze the monthly reports for product efficiency. Pumper: This is where I started when there was only 2 disposals. From this experience, I designed several layouts for future disposals which are now being used. Trained new pumpers as the company grew. I still fill in as pumper as needed. I am the MTN utility employee, I do the jobs that need to get done, from pumper to sales and even communicating with investors. Show less

Built a small LLC. Dog waste management. Built a customer base and serviced their yards weekly. Advertising, networking with pet sitting businesses. Was a fun business to run. Closed the business and moved to Texas to get in the oil industry. In this same time frame since the economy in Phoenix, AZ was so bad, I took on a job as a field tech for tree health. Consulted with customers about their trees, fertilized trees. Built a small LLC. Dog waste management. Built a customer base and serviced their yards weekly. Classroom teacher for boys, ages 12-17. Classes taught were general business, computer hardware and programming, math and reading. Definitely had to manage behaviors, set limits, motivate and support. Being a positive role model for troubled youth was the most important part of this job. Classroom teacher for boys, ages 12-17.
