I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Mr. McCann over the last 10 years during his time with Performance Health and Cramer Sports Medicine. During the course of our relationship, Brett has continually met and exceeded my expectations as a sales leader. Mr. McCann’s innate ability to listen, understand and communicate with his clients, I believe set him apart from others in the sales world. When I buy from a company, I not only look at the product but the service I get from my sales person. This is why I have and would continually to do business with Mr. McCann. There was never a we cannot do that or a hard no until he exhausted every avenue with in his power. To me that is a mark of a GREAT sales person. Another attribute I think benefited Mr. McCann was his ability to understand and empathize with his clientele. Athletic Training and Athletic Trainers are a unique Health Care Profession and Mr. McCann worked to understand what we did, roadblocks we may face and was always supportive with our professional organizations at the state, district and national level.
