Mihir Padechiya
Brett is a very calm and patient guy with 360-degree knowledge of the architecture of the project. He has very good knowledge in C#, Microservices, WebAPI, RabbitMQ, and the list goes on and on. He was the go-to guy of not only the team but a lot of other teams also used to approach Brett's help. Whenever we were stuck with something, Brett either had the answer or guide us to find the right answer. He is a helpful, approachable, calm, and composed guy. A highly valuable asset to any team, I would dearly recommend Brett

I'm currently technical leading Amrock's Platform development teams. The projects involve moving functionality out of our monolith application to their own services with an updated tech stack involving Angular, ASP.NET Core, and MS SQL Server. We are applying Domain Driven Design to the write-side of the applications, using aggregates to model consistency boundaries and using domain events to propagate changes between the aggregates. Previously, I have added version tolerance to 10-year-old monolithic CSLA service. CSLA is a client/server mobile objects framework. I forked CSLA to make the appropriate changes to add backwards compatibility. I wrote automated tests to check for breaking changes. This enabled us to break up the one big long CI/CD pipeline into multiple. I've set up and administrated our hybrid RabbitMQ environment, one cluster in the cloud and one cluster on premise, connected by exchange federation. I promote async messaging and eventing patterns with development teams. I've set up and administrated PingFederate as our company’s single sign on solution. I've implemented SAML integrations with Amrock's partners. I've migrated legacy CI/CD pipelines to Azure Dev Ops and Octopus Deploy. Show less
