  Head Coach: Began coaching cross country (boys and girls, high school and middle school) at Metrolina Christian Academy in the fall of 2009, and started Metrolina Christian's track and field program (boys and girls, high school and middle school) in the spring of 2010. --Cross Country: guided boys to the school's first cross country conference team title in third year (2011), with the boys winning seven since then (2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2023), while finishing runner-up five times (2010, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022); Guided girls to school's first girls' cross country title in 2015, and they have won nine straight (2015-2023). Also, the boys have garnered 58 all-conference honors since 2009 (after only 4 the previous 8 years), and the girls have garnered 47 since 2009 (after none the previous 8 years).-- Track & Field: since starting track the boys have won 10 of the last 11 conference titles (2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023) and the girls have won seven straight (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023) after finishing runner-up the four previous years. Since 2012 when the Metrolina Athletic Conference began hosting track championships again, the boys have garnered 89 individual and relay titles and the girls have won 81 individual and relay titles. Also, the boys have garnered 8 individual state titles and 30 all-state honors (top 3 in an event), and the girls have won 4 individual state titles and 26 all-state honors.Meet Director/Meet Management: Began the Hare & Hounds Invitational at McAlpine Park in 2011 (and have been meet director since) and have also been meet director for other meets, including Carolinas Kickoff XC Invitational (formerly, Metrolina XC Invitational), Christmas is Near Inv. for winter track, NCISAA state meets, Union County Cross Country Championships, MAC conference cross country and track and field championships and various other local meets.
