My role includes the development of Local Industry Participation Plans, advice and support to project proponents and tier 1 contractors in the compliance of the policy. I engage with all levels of the supply chain with a focus on nominating capable companies with the capacity to fulfil the project expectations. I also have a business improvement role where unsuccessful companies are advised and guided through a range of business improvement programs that are both state and federally funded.
