Associate Director of Career Development

The Associate Director of Career Development provides guidance in self-assessment, career exploration, and personal career development to the student population. It is the expectation that the Associate Director of Career Development will work with students throughout their time at Holy Family, building a thorough understanding of the student’s career goals, skills and abilities as well as the students’ interests. Students explore potential careers that match up with their skills, traits, values, interests, and goals in order to develop a meaningful career upon graduation. The Associate Director of Career Development will be a point of contact between employer and student, acting as a liaison in order to provide students with the opportunity for long-term, meaningful employment post-graduation. The Associate Director of Career Development’s primary responsibility is to provide guidance to the pre-graduate and graduate student population as described above, with an emphasis/interest in the freshman and undecided student population. The Associate Director of Career Development will oversee the work of the Career Coach and Graduate Assistant in guiding students towards their career goals. Show less
