Excavation methods included a 138” diameter Robbins TBM, two 146” diameter digger shields manufactured by CTS, drill and blast, precast segments lined tunnel and NATM. Responsible in assisting entire staff in engineering, safety, management, and supervision. Provide excellent customer service to our client San Diego County Water Authority. Project Engineer, Detroit River Outfall No. 2, Detroit, MI Project consisted of a 30’ diameter shaft, 300 vft, two access shafts, six riser shafts and 6,200 lft of 21’ ID tunnel with precast segments. Staff includes a well-qualified group of people including senior and developing engineers teamed with innovative and communicative supervision.
