In 2008, my wife and I asked Brett for a proposal on redoing the tub in our master bath. He did a great job explaining things and gave us an excellent proposal. We did not have the ability to do the project until the summer of 2009. Brett came back, confirmed everything proposed before and kept the price almost exactly the same. After we signed the contract, everyone with whom we came in contact at Brett's company handled things perfectly. They knew who we were, what we wanted and when we needed to have it done. Norman came out and did excellent work and finished in two days. Our only regret is that we did not have them redo the whole bathroom. I would recommend Brett and his company to anyone who needs kitchen and bath work done beautifully, on time and at a reasonable cost.
