  The Electrical Safety Foundation International (ESFI) is a non-profit organization dedicated exclusively to providing unbiased information regarding electrical safety to reduce the incidence of electrically-related death, injury and property damage. ESFI proudly executes a variety of awareness campaigns to address emerging and seasonal electrical safety issues in the home, school, and workplace,Since becoming President, I have executed an aggressive and diversified fundraising strategy that resulted in a growth of revenue of nearly 150%. Other major success include the procurement of our fifth consecutive federal grant, including a $835,000 FEMA/DHS grant, for ESFI programs, staff growth of 33%, and growing national and social media coverage. In response to the growing risk associated with electrical counterfeiting, ESFI is also leading the effort ascertain the true scope and impact of these products while raising public awareness of how to identify and avoid counterfeit products.
