Brett is possibly the only person i would not only have no concerns with running my datacenter, but also the only person who i think makes me look like a novice in what he knows about a datacenter in both its inner and outer workings. When I first met Brett at the datacenter, I went around inspecting as a previous datacenter manager would do, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, usability and unobtrusive cabling to allow for maintenance and repairs when needed. if i knew of an opening i would be contacting him immediately.
