Brett is someone you can always count on no matter the goal or task at hand. He will put 110% of his effort whether he knows what to do or has to figure it out on the fly. Brett is excellent at using all the resources around him to get the job done. He is a great leader and can always explain the "Why" behind everything. He is willing to slow down to teach anyone no matter what he has on his plate and if he needs to stay late or come in early he will do whatever he can to make it work. All in all Brett embodies a strong work ethic, a passion to learn and great head on shoulders to teach/lead others.
