As a key member of the senior administrative leadership team, I'm responsible for the successful management and oversight of all sponsored research administration for the Center. My duties include managing HCC research programs and proposal development initiatives to develop and enhance complex research infrastructure, training/career development, and Center grant submissions, while also providing oversight for the program infrastructure of over 200 HCC Members and Affiliates, as well as management of a peer-reviewed funding base of over $35 million direct costs. My position requires precise expertise in financial planning and management, grants and contracts, and research operations. Importantly, I play a vital role in assisting with the implementation of the Center’s strategic goals in conjunction with the AD of Administration, Center Director, and other Center and institutional leaders.
