I am responsible for delivering a quality, on time supply of national spares to support the UK's Broadcast and Smart Metering network. My team currently supports a network of over 7500 lines of repairable items and 11,000 consumable lines and we manage Order Management, Inventory Management, Demand Management, Asset Management, Supplier Management and Technical Repair covering networking and broadcast equipment. I also act as main point of contact and escalation for all logistics related issues within Arqiva. I manage an annual multi-million pound budget, and am responsible for managing a seven figure value inventory of spares.
