Reporting directly to the President and General Manager, I provide leadership and guidance to engineering staff to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of ILS and ISS contract outcomes for the CCPB program and other international projects.• I provide direct and ongoing leadership for an organisation of eight subordinate managers and individual contributors coordinating, managing, and leading programs to drive the ILS and ISS development and implementation of products and service offerings. • I manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects and programs, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organisational roadmaps.• I provide oversight to the Cape Class Patrol Boat Program ILS/ISS Engineering team to ensure they are able to devise, develop and maintain reliable and economically viable solutions to meet the needs of the Commonwealth with concern for the commercial aspects of the contract.• I manage Austal’s major sub-contractor for the successful delivery of ISS services for the Cape Class Patrol Boat Program and also manage other key stakeholders.• I am responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of ILS Schedules and take a leading role in technical reviews and reporting. I consult with clients on a range of technical projects, including the identification and documentation of maintenance activities, obsolescence technical management and participate in key program milestone events.• I am also responsible for delivery of all international ILS and ISS contractual requirements as Austal secures additional work in this space including P&L activities.
