Boulder City Hospital is the only Critical Access Hospital in Nevada that is totally independent, not receiving funding from a tax district nor mining. The hospital is in a very unique position with unique challenges, yet incredibly important to our small town and the entire region, including Lake Mead National Recreation Area. I have been on the Board of Trustees since 2017 and President of the Board since 2022. Boulder City Hospital is the only Critical Access Hospital in Nevada that is totally independent, not receiving funding from a tax district nor mining. The hospital is in a very unique position with unique challenges, yet incredibly important to our small town and the entire region, including Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
