The Village of St. Mary's, 4 story Senior Housing CCRC, complete historical renovation, which included apartments for the existing Sister's, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing levels of care, located in O'Fallon, Missouri. St. Agnes, 3 story Senior Housing CCRC ($10 mil), complete historical renovation, which included Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing levels of care, located in Kirkwood, Missouri. Stratford at Kenwood Road, 15 story Senior Housing CCRC ($70 mil) which included Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing levels of care, located in Cincinnati Ohio. St. Andrew's Village at Heather Gardens, 6 story Senior Housing CCRC ($42 mil) which included Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing levels of care, located in Denver Colorado. Windsor Crossing Community Church, new building and addition ($10 mil), state-of-the-art performance, education and religious facility, located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Saint Louis University Hospital Cancer Center, complete renovation ($5.7 mil) located in St. Louis, Missouri. Marquette Building, 21 story Condo Apartments (34 mil), complete historical renovation, located in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. I have also worked on multiple Hospital, Healthcare, Broadcasting, Office, School and Church buildings. I also worked on many other projects under other project leaders.
