I am the primary sales contact for our channel partners that cover 37 states, Canada, and parts of the Caribbean.• Create and maintain relationships with channel partners at multiple levels of their organizations. • Create accurate quotes and sales orders, ensuring that each will flow properly through the order fulfillment process efficiently and correctly. • Create and maintain yearly price lists for each channel partner to use in day to day lettings and bids. • Assess and diagnose technical specifications, design plans, and RFP/RFQ’s in order to best advise our partners on which products are being bid, as well as performing price/cost analysis using bid tabs and regional knowledge in order to provide competitive pricing for said bids. • Maintain up to date knowledge of internal products as well as competitors offerings as they apply to the traffic industry. • Set proper expectations in regards to availability and delivery lead times per product group.
