This included a program that aligned the operation of packaging machine across 4 shifts.During this role I also relieved the role of Shift Manager for approximately 6 weeks. where I had a team of 32 operators (24 packaging, 8 processing) report to me as well as 4 manual packers. I was responsible for the safe running of a 12 hour shift to agreed the planned OEE, within an overtime budget.
