  I have been involved in family and community work for over twenty years in my role as a Youth Worker and Trainer/Coach with The Salvation Army, and as Community Chaplain, School Chaplain and Student Mentor in the Raymond Terrace and Lake Macquarie area. I also have over thirty years’ experience in working with facilitating groups, counselling and support, and leadership and team development through The Salvation Army. I have also been a Behaviour Therapy Assistant with Beam Services. In all these roles I have worked with children, teenagers, adults and families. I am also a qualified Celebrant.
