    • Beach Volleyball Sports Coordinator
      • Aug 2013 - Jan 2019

My responsibilities included promoting managing and ensuring a safe environment for the competition. In addition to this collecting, organising and updating player information. Placing teams into a twin pooled draw system, whilst catering for availability constraints and shuffling the teams to ensure fair and equal play. This is managed over 15 weeks concluding with medals and a barbecue. My responsibilities included promoting managing and ensuring a safe environment for the competition. My Role was to help students who are not as proficient in the Accounting for Decision making course. Through 2 hour mentor sessions each week I had to explain the content in many different ways to create an understanding. These sessions were both one on one and one on fifteen depending on the schedule. With students reporting back having a major improvement in their marks and understanding of the course after the sessions. It was excellent to see how well students will little or no confidence in themselves can work hard and succeed in 12 short weeks.
