I have reported directly to Brent for six years and have learned enough for a lifetime. Brent not only digs in to support his teams (which span a mind-blowing dozen functions), but he takes the time to be a human leader and develop his staff. I came into the space knowing nothing. Brent spent time almost daily coaching me, teaching me, and encouraging me to be my best. In my role as Marketing lead, he would join content calls and offer the most thought-provoking and creative solutions.
