Brent is both practical and visionary. He has a big plan for asset management and executed the plan progressively. I enjoyed working with him on Asset Plan using RBAM. He asked great questions and were able to execute them with great in depth. As a leader, Brent is inspiring and supportive.

Brent is a well-rounded individual who has been an integral part of the Transmission Planning initiatives at ENMAX. I knew he was a high flyer when I hired him for the EIT position in my transmission planning team in 2003. He competed with several candidates - some who had their doctorate-level degrees in the industry and some who had a lot more experience in the transmission utility business. Brent has a unique set of skills including his ability to develop his people, respectfully engage a debate with others, as well as develop transmission planning solutions that are unique and promote 'outside the box' thinking appropriate for the evolving transmission utility industry. His conceptual designs and proposals have been well-received by the executive team who have an eye to ensure prudent development of the provincial power grid. His expertise is well-recognized not only within ENMAX but also in the provincial circles of transmission planning experts. Brent's efforts and abilities have resulted in several promotions with the latest one as Manager, Transmission Planning. I have enjoyed having Brent in my team... .they grow up so fast don't they? :-)
