I have had the pleasure of working alongside Brent for the past 2+ years and could write volumes to credit his many talents. I truly think that it’s Brent’s combination of talents though which makes him such a strong contributor. His project management skills (structure, follow-through, communication, problem solving, balanced independence) are rock solid and he combines them with exceptional interpersonal skills (flexibility, respect for varying styles/personalities, listening, humility). That combination has a powerful effect in getting the work done as well as bringing teams together harmoniously. Brent has successfully managed highly complex projects during the time we've worked together, some which he took over when they were failing and he was able to bring them back under control quickly. He has a gift for quick analysis of root cause as well as identifying and engaging the applicable remedy. Don’t be fooled by his humility – he won’t sing his own praises –but if you have a chance to work with Brent, jump at it.
