Manager... Leader... Friend... This is the progression in which I have come to know Brent Phillips. As a manager he secured my attention by continually meeting or exceeding the goals set before him all the while treating those in his charge with the utmost respect. As a leader he obtained my admiration by showing rather than telling me how to be successful at the task at hand. As a friend he earned my loyalty by supporting me in both good times and bad. Brent has the innate ability to make those around him better and I feel lucky to have had the chance to know and work with him.
