I was in charge of running a commissary. I have done this on all different shifts including a graveyard one. I was in charge of 5-30 employees at a time depending on the shift. It was my job to not only make sure that the workers are completing orders on time, but to also make sure they were doing it at an effecient pace so that other things can get done as well. I also was in charge of making sure the employees stock the trains on time and there are no delays on our part. I was also the manager who is mainly in charge of making the daily schedules for the employees on all the shifts. I have become very knowledgable in WIMS (Warehouse Inventory Management System) Show less
