He also invests in their success personally by doing whatever it takes to make introductions, provide the expert counsel needed or connect with the right resources to get the answers/information you need. I have worked with many different firms in the Human Capital Management field and would heavily recommend Empower HR over its competitors. You are not a number to Empower HR and will be assigned experts across multiple disciplines (e.g., HR compliance, employee benefits, payroll, onboarding, etc.) to ensure you and your team are getting the outstanding service you deserve. This is not the experience I had with other firms.
