Brent and I have worked together for a number of years, but I got a chance to see him really shine when we got the opportunity to work together on a transformation project. Brent has always been a great leader, and that had been my previous observations in our work together, but in helping his people through change I came to really appreciate how he recognises each person's strengths and ensures that he can talk to the change in a way that they can see themselves succeeding. Brent was also great at getting really involved with the day to day delivery of the project to ensure he new the details of the change inside and out and could ensure that was communicated effectively and efficiently to this teams. He also made sure he understood and could do all the work as well, to help smooth out the change fatigue and communicate back to the project teams thing that weren't working. My role at Sensis was a face to face Sales Vendor Relationship Manager.The core role was to oversee Sensis' key vendor activity with our face to face sales partner.
