I am writing this letter of recommendation for Brent Jenkins who held the position of a Outsource Vendor Manager with Sensis. Brent serviced the outer regional areas of Australia covering 34 markets and responsible for $45M of revenue and a total group of 70 people including sales people and leaders. Whilst he did not report directly to me I cannot speak highly enough of his values and behaviours and strengths in managing work practices akin to all matters pertaining to sales leadership, management and coaching. Coupled with these skills he is tech savvy across many internal platforms within the company and external ones.With a fun personality and the ability to foster positive relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels in the orgainsation he worked with, he was very popular amongst his peers, stakeholders, managers, all staff and his team. He possesses strong people skills and a great ability to remain well organised at all times. In my opinion,and that of many others that I have sought feedback from, he would be an excellent choice for any position he seeks. . Brent and I have worked together for a number of years, but I got a chance to see him really shine when we got the opportunity to work together on a transformation project. Brent has always been a great leader, and that had been my previous observations in our work together, but in helping his people through change I came to really appreciate how he recognises each person's strengths and ensures that he can talk to the change in a way that they can see themselves succeeding. Brent was also great at getting really involved with the day to day delivery of the project to ensure he new the details of the change inside and out and could ensure that was communicated effectively and efficiently to this teams. He also made sure he understood and could do all the work as well, to help smooth out the change fatigue and communicate back to the project teams thing that weren't working. That enabled us to jump on problem early but it also helped to ensure the right things were being focused on. most importantly, even when there is a crisis, Brent remains positive, thoughtful and considerate to others around him.
