  Master Thesis: “Investigation of Nanobody Induced Superpower Behavior in Kip-3 Motors” Advisors: Prof. Dr. Erik Schäffer, Dr. Anita Jannasch In the AG-SChäffer work group I conducted my masters thesis on the physical characteristics of Kinesin proteins using standard molecular biology techniques as well as using the optical tweezers to manipulate the kinesin proteins.

  Worked in the AG Schreiber research group investigating the behavior and physics of proteins as they approached the clustering phase induced by increasing concentrations of PEG and of the protein itself. Thereby I gained experience with light scattering techniques, protein characterization and preparation, as well as with signal analysis using python.
