Brent is uniquely gifted as an engineering leader and can understand the engineers on his team on a real personal level. With Brent's engineering background he is not shy of diving deeply into complex technical issues with the team. He's able to call out reasonable solutions from a business and engineering standpoint by knowing the right questions to ask. Furthermore, in working with Brent I've always observed he maintains integrity, respect, and decency with co-workers. Brent's good at defusing difficult situations with humor and a light-hearted good-spirited attitude. I am happy to recommend Brent and would be pleased to work with him again.

Brent Epperly is one of the best leaders I've ever worked with. What stood out most was his dedication, both to the company and to each individual he managed. He showed deep concern and commitment to each of our success, and would happily sacrifice his personal time and comfort if he could benefit us. He demanded a level of quality and rigor from us that we had never experienced before, and each us is a better engineer for it. In the short time I worked under Brent, I learned and grew tremendously as a software engineer and as a professional, and I expect anyone who works with him in the future to enjoy similar privilege.
