My role with the Texas Bankers Association was specifically created to support Universities and their Schools of Banking – including undergraduate, MBA and post-graduate specializations. Key initiatives include elevating and diversifying the talent entering our banking schools, curriculum development, constructive mentorship & internship programs, creating new university banking schools and, ultimately, increase the talent pipeline available to our member banks.
