The training manager is responsible for making sure everyone in the company is fully qualified and ready for the next deployment. He does this by developing weekly and monthly reports on the progress of every training requirement and by coordinating the programs/events to qualify all personnel. Works with senior leaders and advises them on possible strategies or solutions to accomplish tasks.• Screened and sent over 100 Marines to formal schools, with no one being denied entry to the school through my diligence and attention to detail while handling their packages. • Trained Marines throughout the organization that had similar jobs as me, as well as training my immediate supervisor and advising him how to do his job. I greatly increased his productivity and raised the standards with which they required all of us to operate.• Taught classes on the use of Marine Corps Training and Information Management System (MCTIMS) when it was being rolled out and we were transferring over to it. Ranging from Marines that did my job in other organizations to senior management in my company. • I led a team of three Marines, and successfully coordinated with appropriate agencies and offices and accounted for over 12 million dollars’ worth of gear and weapons for a three-week off island field exercise.
