      This business started ( like most) with a lot of hard work, passion, stupidity at times and a lot of favours. January 2013, i was lost, no money in the pocket and all i had was a dream. Fast forward 9 years later and some big pivots along the way we have worked with our clients to help create their dream wedding on over 1200 occasions, an additional 500+ corporate events and private parties that includes many celebrities and VIP occasions. We now have a team of 5 full timers and over 40 casuals who work with us to achieve our goals which allows me to work casually on (not in) the business. Being able to work with my best mates and make a life long dream come true doesn’t seem real. A huge thanks to everyone that has supported us and continue to do so.

I supply and work with a team of 6 certified managers that oversee 100+ volunteers. Since my engagement with the festival we have been able to achieve significant increases in the customer experience, revenue, profit margins and minimised wastage to the point it now sits at around 1-1 % of total revenue.
