Brent had many of the same characteristics that any PR firm or consultant would look for in a client (and I don't just mean paying on time). His ability to adapt and learn, with a smile, along with his dedication to a job well done, makes him a great asset to any team. The best public relations practitioners / client relationships are partnerships, not vendor/client. There is a difference. Brent knew what he wanted to make happen at Arnette, but he also was open to feedback, suggestions and alternative ways of looking at things. He understood the media climate is constantly changing and we could tell he looked at us as a partner vs. just another vendor.
