Alan Bennett

I served as the Administrative Officer of a new organization under Brent who was serving as the Battalion Commander. Since this organization was new to both of us, we faced many challenges together. He allowed me to push forward with initiatives on my own, and coached me as I went. His demeanor and thoughtfulness make it a pleasure to work for Brent!!

Brent Beckley saw potential in me and gave me an opportunity to join the full time force with the Missouri National Guard. He hired me as a recruiter in 1997 for the Springfield, MO area. Brent inspired to as a boss to look and act like a professional soldier and treat people with dignity. He was the kind of Army Officer that you wanted to work for. As my career grew, I had the pleasure of working for again in logistics. His care for employees and his ability to inspire people created an environment where you were happy to go the extra mile to surpass the standard and strive for excellence. Anyone would be lucky to work for Brent!
