Brent was an excellent and innovative leader at the Illinois State Board of Education. He has a strong business understanding of education that allowed him and his team to innovate in many areas including data visualization and helping our State-wide educators gain invaluable insights into our students performance. When I first reached out to the four State education agencies, he embraced the opportunity to partner with DOIT in our newly created Cluster CIO role. Although we are now both at other firms, the partnership experience I had was excellent and would recommend him to any company looking for great talent!
