  I work as a project leader. Project carried out within a R&D partnership between the university lab and a major player in industry. Conducted in two fronts, namely study of frost formation in no-frost evaporators, and evaluation of different defrosting strategies for frost-free refrigerators. The job consisted in designing and constructing the testing facilities, and also performing tests.

  I worked in the dimensioning and construction of a closed-circuit low-temperature wind tunnel, to assess the effects of freezing on food and collect consumption efficiency data for the tunnel's refrigeration system, a project sponsored by Nidec – Embraco. I also worked on the dimensioning and construction of a hot cycle calorimeter to evaluate the performance characteristics of small-capacity compressors working with hydrocarbons.

  I acted in the management of the team, composed of 24 members, planned, and conducted two selection processes, and actively participated in the coordination and construction of the Armação A-22 rocket.

  I carried out a study of the buckling resistance of the fuselage of the Armação-A22 rocket. Furthermore, together with other members, we wrote an article for the International Congress of Mechanical Engineering, 2021 edition, in which an experimental and numerical evaluation of an in-flight angle of attack measurement system for high-powered rocket models was carried out. Finally, I worked on the dimensioning and construction of a launchpad for amateur rockets.
