Identified the importance of water safety through a combination of engaging and directional activities. Contributed to the development of surf skills in over one hundred individuals. Developed the skill to work under pressure by monitoring children’s safety in unpredictable weather conditions. Implemented time management skills to schedule each activity correspondingly so children were consistently engaged.
