As the Chief Technology Officer at Pigeon, I work closely with the CEO to drive the company's technological vision and lead all aspects of our technology development. My primary responsibilities include architecture, product development, quality assurance, automation, process improvement, hiring and culture, outsourcing and surge planning, availability, and new product creation via Lean Startup/Product methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the company's technical strategy in alignment with Pigeon's overall business goals. - Oversee the architecture, design, and development of Pigeon's technology products and services. - Ensure the quality of Pigeon's technology products and services through effective quality assurance practices and automation - Continuously improve our development processes to increase efficiency and ensure scalability. - Build and maintain a high-performance and cost effective engineering team. - Ensure high availability and performance of Pigeon's technology products and services - Drive new feature creation by effectively collecting and understanding customer feedback.
