As an educator, I was involved in a large scale "flipping" of Calculus 1. I was a co-PI with Laura Anderson on a grant from SUNY which financed the development of training materials for instructors, the creation of course content, and the production of a series of short calculus videos (40 videos approx. 6-10 minute long). This collaboration produced one publication and inspired the mathematics department to invest in a Calculus Director to completely overhaul the Calculus Sequence at Binghamton. Show less
