Bio
James Laurain
Brenna was hands down the best manager I have ever had. She is so phenomenal because she cares very much about her people and about the company mission. While many managers seem self-centered (trying to advance their own careers), it is clear that Brenna's passion is helping those below and around her, and the company, succeed. Brenna is also very process driven - but she doesn't just mechanically follow any given process - she studies it, internalizes it, understands the true purpose and intent of the process, and then enacts the process in the most meaningful way - finding solutions to roadblocks and advancing the cause. If you give her the space she needs, she is a giant force for positive change and would be a valuable addition to any organization.
