  I was working 40 hours a week in the printing department. I would switch to different shifts every week with weekends off. I learned many things such as how to efficiently get the job complete in order to have as many jobs done to the specifications that were asked. I also was able to learn how to handle myself in hot and fast situations. I was in charge of getting jobs ready for the operators which let me be in charge of myself but, I was relied on by others.
