My responsibilites at Codehesion can be split up in two parts. I started as a Frontend Mobile App Engineer worknig with React Native and then after a couple of months transitioned into a Full Stack Engineer working with ASP.NET Core, Ruby On Rails and React.js.Responsibilities:- Cross-platform mobile applications with React Native.- RESTful web services with Ruby on Rails which are consumed by mobile and web applications.- Continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Bitrise.- RESTful web api's with ASP.NET core - Entity Framework Core - Clean Architecture - Mediatr (CQRS) - IdentityServer4 (OAuth & OpenId Connect) - Identity Core - Hangfire - NSwag (Auto generated api docs and api clients)- React.js for building web UI's (Typescript)- Azure to deploy api's hosted in App Services. I played a key part in developing the standards/architecture to write mobile apps in a maintainable and scalable way. Codehesion is a consultancy which means there are a lot of apps that have the same base functionality. For example authentication with access and refresh tokens, registration, forgot password and profile management. To save time they have a template to bootstrap an app so that the developers can focus on the core functionality of the app. I am the author of the template that they currently use on all of their mobile apps.Codehesion is currently migrating their tech stack to use predominantly ASP.NET Core for backend development. I was the lead on the migration. I spent a considerable amount of time doing research on how to structure and build applications in a modular and scalable way.Overall I think the experience I gained at Codehesion would make me a very valuable asset to any organisation looking for an extremely productive and motivated developer.
